The Campaign Registry (TCR) Registration: Alcove’s text messaging program is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) in compliance with wireless carrier requirements for Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-digit long code (10DLC) messaging. Our messaging campaigns are designed to ensure deliverability and compliance with carrier guidelines.
Types of Text Messages We May Send:
Consent: By submitting your phone number through our website forms or verbally providing consent, you agree to receive text messages from Alcove at the number provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed in connection with your service. Marketing messages are sent no more than 4 times per month unless otherwise disclosed at the time of opt-in.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Alcove does not charge separately for text messages.
How to Opt Out: To stop receiving text messages from Alcove at any time, reply STOP to any text message we send you. You may also opt out by emailing info@getalcovehome.com or calling (434) 443-8485. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional service messages unless you request complete opt-out from all communications.
