Meet Your Designated Home Concierge
We assign a single point of contact who will manage everything related to your home. They reach out personally within 24 hours of enrollment.
We Coordinate — You Approve
Your Home Concierge handles all scheduling and vendor coordination. No work is ever authorized without your approval first.
Home Health Assessment & Roadmap
Your Home Concierge visits the property, walks every major system, and documents its full condition. You receive a written report and a prioritized Maintenance Roadmap.
Monthly Activity Summary & Ongoing Reporting
Each month you receive a clear summary of what was completed, what’s upcoming, and the current status of your home. Everything is logged in your Home Management Platform.

Your membership fee covers all of Alcove’s management, coordination, and oversight services — your designated Home Concierge, scheduling, vendor coordination, inspections, reporting, and platform access. It does not cover vendor labor, materials, or contractor fees. Those are always separate, and no work is ever authorized without your approval first.
Memberships begin with a 12-month initial term, after which they renew annually. You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice after the initial term. We structure it this way because real home management takes time to set up properly — your Home Concierge builds deep knowledge of your property that compounds in value over time.
Yes. On our Estate tier, you can bring your own preferred vendors and we’ll coordinate with them directly. On Essentials and Complete, we work with our vetted Preferred Partner network — contractors who have been screened for quality, reliability, and professionalism. If you have a trusted specialist for a specific trade, we’re happy to discuss accommodations.
On Complete and Estate memberships, you have access to 24/7 emergency intake. Contact your Home Concierge any time and we’ll coordinate an immediate response — whether that’s a burst pipe, HVAC failure, or anything else that can’t wait. On Essentials, urgent situations are responded to within one business day.
